I know that you have worked hard for this dissertation, that is why you deserve nothing but a good result from it. Your dissertation might have its flaws but I am sure that you are very familiar with it. If other might have question about it, you will be able to counter their questions simply because you know your work really well. You must be proud of yourself because you have worked hard for that.
